Custom rear coilover springs

My 172 has KW v2 coilover's fitted and is fully stripped out!

So the rear is still sitting at standard height, with the rear platforms at their lowest setting :dapprove:

I know a few of you guys have had custom springs made etc. So a few questions...

How/can they measure the spring rate/poundage rate?

Will going lower make the rear "stiffer" anyway?

How do I know the best height level? :S

And lastly what is the going rate for custom springs?
