Custom Springs!

Was browsing Autotrader when I came across this ad, http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-u...CARS&make=&model=&min_pr=&max_pr=&max_mileage=

He claims to have custom springs of 85mm and 95mm, surely that must give you the worst ride ever? Not to mention shagging the shocks!

Come to think of it, would springs of those dimensions even stay in with the standard shcoks?

You would need Uprated Lower Shocks otherwise they would just pop out I would of thought

is this the guy that cut the 60mm lowering springs in half or something?

my custom springs use the original coilover mount on the rear axle, which is a threaded pole so to speak, sticking up out the axle...so it always keeps the spring in line and seated

Not sure how he did it, surely cutting your springs in half is dangerous stuff.

you can get custom springs from loads of places, they will never pop out,

will handle like a bucket of shite but that doesn't look that low. my old 1.2 was lower... Looks more like 60mm.
