yeh thats best, or a coping saw. Doesn't have to be mega neat as your putting a 182 cutout over it arent you? Cutting it when its less cured is less likely to lift the laquer really.
i can get one, would that be the best bet?
when i was at prospeed, they held the surround over the bumper, drew round the inside of it, then cut that with a little electric cutter.........then used a dremmel i think to smooth the edges and make it a bit wider until the surround was a perfect fit........ no idea what the cutter was though!

yeh mark it out. cut as roughly as you like as long as you don't get to the line then file it smooth with the dremmel up to the line.
