CV boot problem

took my drivers side wheel off and there is green gunge stuff everywere this a big problem? as i have no clue :o

Check to see if the clip has come off either end of the boot, if not, check for splits. Not a massive job dude. Get it done asap though or you'll need a new shaft in the not too distant future.
 
Get some CV grease too and re-fill the joint before you put it on.
 
They're prett universal mate, Ask for an outer one and it'll fit. Cut the excess pff and make sure you pinch it up properly or it'll just come off again. Side cutters work if you cant borrow some CV pliers!
 
Dont overdo it, about a golf ball sized amount if it looks pretty dry. Just use common sense.....
