Cylinder head, quick help please :)

Hi, im replaced the cylinder head as we speak, but i cant figure out how to get the tubes that go down to the spark plugs out... (see picture)

Can some one tell me if i can get them out (as the new one doesnt have them) or do i have to buy them from somewhere?

Yeah its cracked :S

So either of you two know how to get the damn tubes out... i still cant get the buggers to move

They stay in mate has the new one not got tubes?

yea iirc they stay in matey,where you get the new head from?

i thought your filler cap had meyo in it,sorry to say it sounds like was right mate

Well i changed the gasket which had gone between the pistons. But then it still didnt start any better. I thought that either a head was cracked or they needed skimming, but instead of risking it getting skimmed for it not to work i just got a new head. Its new from the head centre, but it doesnt have the tubes in... I'll give them a ring tomorrow and hopefully it will be good to go.
