what can be done to a cyclinder head to improve perfomance,thinking about removing it from the engine and sending it away,but what gains can be found etc,cheers

you can get it ported polished and gas flowed with matched inlet manifolds youprob looking about10-15bhp gain mate im getting mine done at the moment

Gains depends what they do how well they do it and if they know where the gains are.

I'd only go with places who specilaise in Renault heads.
