D600 or keep w800?

I was thinking of changing my w800 to a d600 but not so sure after reading a post of expansys with these d600 problems:

1. No voice recognition
2. No auto-answer
3. T9 doesn't use automatic capital after full stop
4. Phone studio has bugs in it (certain versions only)
5. Poor battery life on phones that have a J as the penultimate character in their software (*#1234# to check)
6. Some providers' firmware cause annoying side bars
7. Loudspeaker shouldn't have "loud" in its name
8. Flash can't be set to auto permanently
9. No option to AUTOMATICALLY save sent texts
10 If you accidentally press snooze, the alarm will go off in 5 minutes. Fine if you do want to snooze, however if you accidentally press it then there is no way of stopping the alarm going off (even when you do switch the alarm function off)
11. With the converter function, they have put the US (6pints) for the Gallon.
12. Can’t change the volume of the alarm
13. Scrolling through names by using first letter eg. 'g' moving up will go to f's instead of the top end of the g's
14. Phone ringtone quiet for first 5 seconds before going to proper volume - unreal!
15. Why did they make the OK/i button the WAP function when it blatantly should have been the menu?
16. No Vibrate and ring at the SAME TIME!!
17. When you view a picture on the memory card you can't just scroll to the next pic. You have to go back to the thumbnails and select the next pic you want to view.
18. You can't zoom on pics on the memory card.
19. You should be able to change the text message alert from the preset ones
20. Annoying tone & flashing when battery is low

now having 2nd thoughts! anyone got one?

i have been thinking about changing my W800 for a few months but nothing out there compares. W800 it still is and will remain for the forseeable future

my other half got the d600 the same time i got my w800i. having seen both in action, i wouldnt go to the d600. (i previously had d500)
w800i has more to offer than the d600. simple things such as.. with the w800 you can keep your piccy settings at max res, then when u send em it "resizes then" with the d600 there isnt any option of this. if the picture is too lage.. TOUGH you carnt send it!

W800 rules at the moment, unless you go silly and spend money on a phone. I don't rate samsung phones, always have niggles or long term problems. My friends D500 spent more time being "repaired" but never worked as it should have.

Oranges Side bar is a GENIUS invention.. it really works well..

Some of those problems ain't on the D500? So I doubt they are on the D600?

No ring and vibrate at same time? Seems like a suspect to me that one

But some are - the battery low annoys me badly.

However, The D500 is the best phone I've had for ages.. so I'm looking at the D600 anyway - all the bad points are outweighed massivly by how good the phone is

D600 lasted with me less than 12 hours before it was packaged up on the way back to orange, some nice features but the real killer for me....?!?!

You don't seem to be able to send texts to anything other than a persons default number, when u call someone u can choose which number to use i.e. work home mobile, when u text you can't!

but there were lots of things that were most annoying altho i did like the slide,.

having looked at the SE site yesterday there's some cool phones coming out soon, so here's hoping for that, back to my trusty T610 for the moment, no more thoughts of leaving SE again!! LOL

Is the D600 that different to the D500? All the major problems don't seem to be there on my D500?

When I select a name, it says "Select Location" and I can send it to any number for that person..
