I'm big into my detailing but always do by hand, what is a good, easy and relatively safe machine to start with?

I've got a Das6pro as my first machine. I really like it and seems easy enough to use.

No. The extra torque is useful.

Good machine, Ive still got mine and its near impossible to damage the paint unless you leave it on a painted edge for 5 minutes.

Yeah I've just bought a das6 pro as well.

I had a megs 220 before but the DAS is much better imo.

Keen to know what the difference is, as I've got a G220.

Its a hateful job, I've got a Porter Cable PC, had it since about 2006! (can you still get them?)

Still going strong, however wish i had a rotary for more speed

I've found the DAS is a lot smoother if that makes sense. Much less vibration.

My Das6pro... The cable put over my shoulder has to face up, if it goes to a funny angle it cuts out.. What can I do??

Take it apart, cut the cable back past the dodgy bit, and re connect it..
