Where can I buy a DA Polisher from a shop, yes, a shop! (ie. not online)

Anyone know, I live in Lancashire, there must be a shop that sells this kind of thing surely?

Need it for the weekend. There are some shops arond but i'm not sure if there is anywhere local to you. I'd rather wait and just order off the net.
