Damp smell inside car?

There is a damp smell inside my car removed sponges from passenger footwell but still a little smell everytime I get in the car any ideas/ solutions?

Are the carpets wet?

My car had moisture inside a few months back. I cured it by removing both front wheel arch liners, clearing out all the crud and also clearing the drain holes from the scuttle area.
