Dark blue 172, A130, This morning

Saw a horrible modded dark blue 172 this morning about 8am on the A130 heading toward basildon.

Crappy modded rear lights and awful metal grills on the front.

im guessing he had something to prove as he wanted to sit up my ass and over take me ASAP!!!

anyone???
