Dash board light - electrics!!??

A strange light came up on my dash board as I drove in to work.

Any one know what is wrong with my car - I've attached a jpeg hopefully.

Basically it looks like a heart rate monitor that you see on casualty.

Also when I put the rear demist on it makes the radio have a really bad signal - so obviously something not right

if you mean the round one in the middle at the top of the image, then ye that is the immobiliser..

rear demister could be bad earth.

Yeah got a manual, but just remembered it happened. Think this forum is better than a manual sometimes
