dash inserts??

as above how do you take them out on a mk2 ph2?? and i no this question is in the wrong section and prob asked 1000 times befor but how do i take my 16v badges out of my side strips?? cheers guys

lol. sos. i was wondering about both the interioir silver inserts in the dash of my dynamic and the exterior 16v badges! make any more sense??

pull them both straight off. they're only attached with plastic clips.
