Dash light bulbs

Panel out job yes. The big bulbs are a 502 fitting. Similar to a 501 sidelight bulb but 3W instead of 5W.
Make sure they give you the bigger bulb, renault sold me one for the lights along the side.
You have one bulb top right and one bottom left - thats the one that does the revs and petrol.
Pain in the ar*e trying to get the speedo disconected to get the binacle out!
Even more trouble trying to re-connect it!

i changed mine the other day but i put 5w bulbs in does this matter?i no it makes it brighter and is loads better when there lit but wont harm anything will it?

Just turn the brightness down a touch maybe. It may affect the plastics I dont know. As I tried getting the speedo cable off it just went ping eventually!
Was a git to get back on though, unless you can find a small child somewhere! I put a brighter small bulb in to see what it looked like as well. Swapped it for the ABS one, and It looks better. But the wattage is lower than the big ones. I think the one I put in was 2.3W rather than 1.? W.
