the display where my radio station is dull on one side but ok on the other any ideas?

bulb gone, and i believe its a t**t of a job to get the top of the dash off to get at it

Yep dash top off its abit of a bugger depends if its been off before realy.
Fubar wrote a good guide to removeing it on his website.
