Dash lighting

Last night while out driving i could not see any of the heater controls, should they be illuminated? It's a 1998 1.2 RL

Yes without doubt they should be illuminated.

Any ideas where i should be looking for fault?

Pull out the bit where the heater controls are & check the bulbs.
From memory there are two screws above where the radio is, they need to be un done & you go from there.

Cheers cat, sorted! bulbs in clock & heater controls were blown, changed em both - come on the darkness!!
