Dash lights not working

HI,

Ive got a mk1 ph3 clio and all the light on my speed partof my dash have gone out so i carnt see what speed im doing when at night.

Is there an easy way to replace them as the instructions in haynes are a bit much to understand!

check your fuses first mate

fusesare fine...the only lights that are off are the speedo, the taco , fuel guage etc are fine and lite up well.

Happened to mine today, blew a fuse when i allowed my girlfriend to change the bulb in the glove box

When i checked everything the left rear tail light didnt work, checked the bulb and it was blown.

When i changed the bulb it still didnt work so i checked the fuse for the left rear tail light and it had blown also.

After changing that fuse the dash lights came back on so try that.

Common problem. bulbs are not connecting with the bulb holder on the back of the dials.
