Dash rev counter light just went out

Driving home last night and i noticed the rev counter wasnt illuminated, left it and a couple of seconds later it lit up again as normal.

Got home, looked a nutter tapping my dash like a mad man but stayed on.

Is the connector easy to get to and apart from the obvious of a loose connection, anyone experienced this before?

Mine has done that once before... flicked the light off and back on again and that sorted it..

mine has done it once too, same again flicked my lights off then on, never happened since
