Dash Warning light

This morning i put some water in the windscreen washer and radiator bottle, went into the car and no lights, so i had driven about 9miles and i saw a red light though it was my oil, but had a look and it looked like a picture ov a Tap .. now if im correct that means Water :S but iv just given it some.. any 1 can help me ? dont wana drive just incase it something mechanical ..

bump, only got 5min left ov dinner then back to work ..

you really should put coolant into the radiator tank. not just water.

just had a look when i arrived home 5min ago, its my Emissions blydi De-cat i got coolant in the shed but its under the massie pile ov rubish in there,
