Dashboard lights off with headlights on

Had the drivers side headlight out today trying get the adjuster back in and at some point disconnected both the electrical connection plugs in the back.
After getting in the car today, with the lights on the dashboard lights won't come on, as well as when opening the door the buzzer to let you know lights still on won't sound.

Anyone got any clues or shed some "ahem" light on this?

Been on holiday sorry.
All sorted now, you was right it was the fuse, changed it and all okie dokie now cheers!
