Flat, scratched and dull... :rasp: PMSL

Which products did you use for it then matey?

Lol at the usuals ;)

Menz IP on a LCC yellow, FF on a LCC black, CG Blitz, megs fine clay, megs no16, CYC standard snow foam, two bucket megs gold class . . . think that's about it.

I4Detailing, Cleanyourcar, Autopia Car Care, loads of other sites fella.

Costs, hmm;

Menz 18 quid for IP and 15 ish for FF
CG blitz is 12 I think
Fine clay is about 20 quid
Megs 16 in large 5l bottle is around 18 quid
snow foam lance was 45, karcher 150 and snow foam about 15 quid.

Difficult to add up as I don't actually know!!

  Bus w**ker
Menz IP - £19
LCC pads £9 x2
Menz FF - £20
CG Blitz - £12
Megs Clay - £23
Megs #16 - £25
Snow foam (not inc. lance) - £15
Gold class - £13

So all in all about £145, and that's not including everything required.

Best place i4d but shop about and you might find it slightly cheaper.

As far as detailing goes with me on a scale of 1-10 im a 1 lol never done a thing but wouldnt mind looking into it. Prob hard to judge but how many washes/waxes etc would the above list last for ?

How long is a piece of string mate, depends on how much of each product you use and that can depend on condition of the paint work. Also when you start out you use too much, as you gain experience you reduce that a lot.

Also if you do it correctly you'll not be polishing the same car all that often, twice a year maybe.

I couldn't even put a figure on it TBH, a fair few though even as a n00b.

Lol Laura, text me babe.

I seal as many times as we have time for, most people opt to do their own waxing as I charge an extra tenner plus takes longer.

No idea on how long this stuff lasts me mate, depends how many cars, size of the, condition etc!

I'm the same, but black gold scares me. It has the rigidity and sturdiness of a Mars bar. Placed in front of a fire.

I'm sure I'll see primer coming through one of these days. ;)
