DCi 100 gear box

why does everyone i speak to say the 80 gearbox is far better than the 100?

Laguna box, the ratios are more setup to cruise than anything else is the problem with them.

because the 65 and 80 boxes are much nicer to use.

The 100 always is absolutly rubish in terms of strengh and longevity ask any dealerships techies how many they have chnaged vs 65 and 80.

You only have to drive them both to know the 80/65 boxes are much better to use (although they are both a bit poor).

This has been covered before though.
