Normally 100-110 HP and 210-230 Nm. But the clutch cant always handle the torque. I know of a couple who has replaced their clutch do to the extra torque.
Injectors are the real limit for HP. The clutch won't take much more than 230NM though.
Even with stock boost just better injectors 140hp should be possible right if you push the limit you'd get smoke. The stock pump won't supply that much fuel unless you push the pressures etc (not a good idea) won't make more than about 135hp.
With a bigger turbo (the GT 15/17 would be a good idea if maybe a bit big ie you'd loose the 2k power it would bemore 2.4k or so for the 172 unless you go for custom) running say 1.7 bar with a bigger fuel pump, injectors and intercooler and you could be looking at 180Hp at the limit say 150hp quite safly. Torque you'd be limited realy to what you want to punish the box with 280lb shoulnd't be impossible
