DCI remap

I drive a 1.5 DCI 80, and im looking into getting a remap done, just wondering, would it blow the turbo or wreck the clutch? iv been warned from someone i was talking to the other day, but figured here would be the best place to find out!

A relatively mild remap isn't going to destoy anything. Turbo diesel mapping is brilliant

so mapping it to around 100 or so would be okay then?

there's a 100 version already. at that level it's not going to do anything out of the ordinary
