De-cat & MOT + KTEC CAT

Right guys im looking at keeping my standrd exhast but getting a De-cat.

It will fail if it goes in for an mot without a cat so how do you lot get around it?

do you just swap it over all the time? also has anyone fitted the ktec cat? its not a decat but a cat?

I have K-tec sports cat....went thru MOT just fine. I imagine it's something like the 182 cat. Less cells so breaths better.

Some cars pass with a decat others don't just the way you cna help by getting them warm and using aditives before hand but only garentee is with a cat is is 99.99995 likly to pass so long as cats not bust.

yep people end up swopping it for the 1 day a year you need it for the test.

ktec sports cat on mine , had it as it would be easier for mot's and being compatible with the 182 manifold

so with the ktec sports cat fitted it would pass the mot ok?
