De-Cat Question?

Going to start with the usual apology if this has already been covered, I have searched and dont think it has been covered, its a really noob question too...

Has any one had any problems with car set up after fitting a decat? Any issues with the electronics? Ive heard this can happen but maybe not on a 182?

Im ordering a JP system (Yozza) with De cat for my 182

EML light will more then likely come on. (Bottom right hand side of the clocks)
