Looks like K-Tec are releasing a sports cat soon, as a de-cat can cause problems?! Hmm!

But that's the only one I can find. :S If you want just a de-cat (straight through pipe) then any custom exhaust place would knock one up for you I guess.

Fitting I'm not too sure on Mk2 as I own a Mk1, not sure if it's the same. Sorry!
