DEAD FLIES

A quick one a have just been on a trip down to livingstone designer outlet and when i returned home the front of my car is covered in millions of dead flies etc.

I was gonna wash car tomorrow :)

But have just got thinking.
What would happen if i left the flys all over car and not wash it will they mark my paint after washed off ?

As my mate has a black car and his car has marks all over his front bumper from dead/squashed beasties :( and he said its cos he never washed them off quick enough.:dapprove:

Is this true ? :S

  Whichever has fuel
just soak them with very warm water 10 or so minutes before you wash the car and they'll fly off (excuse the punn!)

Polish the front end after and next time, the flies will be so much easier to remove.

(don't do any of this in direct sunshine)

As Dan said...

I usually get a large MF towel, soak it in warm water, drape it over the bumper and bonnet to remove flys, wash then polish/wax as normal, if you can wax your car at least once a month it doesn't take as much effort to remove them..

warm towels will get them off, but their spirit will remain etches into your paint! lol...Really needs polished to be honest. If you've got a decent ammount of wax on the car it makes life alot easier.
