decat fitting, anything i need to know?

got a ketec item delivered, just wondering if theres anything i should be looking out for - lambda etc

car is ff 172, facelift model (52 plate) twin lambda unit from K-tec

As long as you have a friend to help on the engine bay end it takes about 1/2 - 1 hr. Ramp access made it easier though!

do all Ff 172 cats have twin lambas ??? or are there single ones ??

If you've got thin long fingers you'll be fine. I did mine on my own and I'm not massively mechanically minded.
