Is there a guide to fitting for a 182?

Can someone talk me through it? where sensers go and stuff? do you need sealent, or new bolts?

dont no about 182 but had my 172 de catted yesterday and tbh they used the same bolts where the cat meets mani fold but had new bolts for the cat meets system when i had the GDI system fitted so they were ok,the sensors should have the same location holes in the de cat as they have on the original cat,and yes they used some kind of sealant round the join between the de cat and system
hope thats helps

don't use exhaust gasket paste, it will crack after a short while. I use the blue instant gasket gel between the decat and middle box, but you can get some special exhaust flexible silicone for about £10 a tube - its rated to some silly temperature.

first sensor fits into the manifold so its left alone, the second sensor fits in the cat and you will have to swap it over.
if you want to change the gaskets you need a front ring kit (£12) and the rear metal gasket (£1.50)

1. Don’t attempt to fit a catalytic converter unless you have experience in doing so. Catalytic converters are very expensive items and any mistake could damage it.

2. Never use exhaust paste in front of the catalytic converter.

3. Don’t hit the catalytic converter with a mallet or hammer to try and force it into place. Doing so may fracture the monolith and invalidate the warranty.

4. Use new fittings, such as gaskets or nuts and bolts wherever possible.

5. Always offer the cat to the car to see if it will fit. If you believe the catalytic converter would have to be altered to fit contact your point of purchase. You may have the wrong catalytic converter for your car.
