Decat or Cat Back

What would people recommend out of the following 2 options for best performance:

1. Decat on standard exhaust

2. Standard Cat and Ktec Stealth

I have both the decat and stealth on the car already but i cannot be dealing with the noise anymore. Its on a 172 cup.
