DECAT Question

Will installing my decat bring on a warning light on the dash?

I know that my old Focus done this.

Also are the CATs in a 182 OBD2?

From what I've read some people have said yes some say no, it's 50/50 but it can be removed by plugging in the fault reader.

it will come on eventually, if it does just buy the cheap code reader from k-tec and keep turning it off. mine comes on everytime i take a very long trip down motorway, comes on say once every 800-1000 miles.

Mine comes on every few thousand miles or so. Bought the fault code reader from K-tec and takes less than a minute to switch it off.
