Decat yes or No?

Was talking to someone at FCS yesterday about putting a decat on my (quiet system) and he reccomended me the quieter decat out the 2 has a slightly smaller bore or somethign like that and he said it wouldnt make it much noiser but have a nice rasp to it is this true and is it worth doing as i dont want to mess up the ecu he told me once fitted unscrew 1 of the lambo sensers and blank it

with the 172 if you have a post lambda this should be blocked off to prevent eninge management light coming on, wont make a diff on the the 182 as far as im aware as light will come on in either cirumstance.

Youl need to source a grommit to cover the second lambda flange i got mine off a mate but dunno where youd look for them.
