Decent wax and polish

My Mrs keeps going on at me to come up with ideas for Christmas presents so can anyone reccomend some decent polish and wax for around £30/£40??

I used AG SRP and Collonite 476s on the Trophy. Came up well.

Been looking at the meguiars brand. They do a set of polish and wax for around £50. Might give that a go.

Yeah that's why I recommended Collonite.

Id get: Auto glym Super resin polish, Dodo Lime Prime, and for wax Collinite 476.

The Lime Prime will remove most of the fillers in SRP mate and it's a tad oily. Lime Prime works better with Dodo waxes.

SRP then Collinite will work better. But I think Werkstat will look immense on Arctic.

Where in Essex are you? saw a blue 182 on the A120 bypass this morning.

Either stick with halfords and AG srp & EGP / HD wax, or go that bit extra for the werkstat kit as Gally's link, worth it in my mind but maybe not for a beginner.

I only do SRP when im really lazy.

It needs a correction polish but im saving that till summer.

And i also like the Werkstat products but there a tad pricey, although if i stopped buying other products and stuck to one brand it wouldn't be a problem!

I'm in Horchurch mate. I think I'm going to give the Werkstat kit a go. Does anyone ever arrange any Southend meets? I've searched the forum for Essex meets with little success. I really want to have a look/listen to some different exhaust systems as I cannot decide on what one to go for.

Try SRP by machine, performs a lot better than expected. still not quite as nice to use as LP but may be a better choice if not using a DJ wax
