What current one do you have at the mo? An open filter?

BMC are good. I used to have one on the VTS. Reasonably priced too as I seem to remember paying around £170 for mine around two years ago.

I have a standard filter in there atm, but its filthy as f**k and needs servicing soon so i was going to ask my mechanic to replace it with that instead or i was going to do it.. depending on if i have time or not lol

Why not just put the standard one back on? I bet that one you have on there at the moment has lost you power as opposed in gaining it.

id highly recomend the bmc had 1 on my lupo gti and loved it only thing i kept going threw cold air feed pipes kept tearing

because the majority of them are. You never mentioned it was a 1.4 at first either, so how was anyone meant to know ??
