As in the cam shaft oil seals?? No you don't. Snap-On do a tool for that

yes you do, lol, you HAVE to remove the dephaser AND the exhaust camshaft pulley to replace the seals, therefore the belt HAS to come off and so do all the belt covers

Yes, I know the pulleys have to come off but the cam cover doesn't!
