Dell UltraSharp 24-inch U2410 Calibration

Does anyone have one of these monitors? I have had mine for a few months now, however I havent calibrated the colours. I primarily use a MacBook Pro with it, but i also use a PC for some .NET dev. The hue/contrast is crazy on it, literally makes my eyes bleed!

So question is.. how do i calibrate this thing?

Also.. the built in USB ports dont work..

erm you go into teh menues and tweak with a test pattern and a device that reads the values been produced some thing like this

rofl, i wasnt sure if it was my macbook or the screen and havent had a chance to link up to another computer yet to test. normal.
