Demand Five (Channel 5) HELP!

I can't get Channel Five, and wanted to watch the Gadget Show and Fifth Gear via their website: http://demand.five.tv/Home.aspx

I start streaming, watch the annoying advert and then the programme loads. I get audio, but NO video.

I'm using Vista Basic and have tried installing all the ActiveX sh1t and just tried switching off Internet Protected Mode etc, still no joy.

I've tried using the test facility on the site, I pass. And I d/loaded a test vid, same prob, sound no vid!

Can anyone help please?

I tried to watch fifth gear earlier and couldn't get a thing out of it. The player loaded but wouldn't play. Must be having problems, I've watched stuff on there before.

I've tried a few times over a week or so. It must be silly cr@ppy 5's problem!
