Dension Ipod kit

  2007 MK5 VW Golf TDi
What should I do?

I have a Pioneer DEH-P7600MP Head unit. I want to buy a Dension Ipod kit to use my Ipod through the system.

Should I:

1. Buy the FM model which will allow me to play my Ipod through the tuner

2. Fit my original Renault head unit and buy the appropriate Dension adapter for this headunit? (I've lost use of my CD Changer anyway as its incompatible with my Pioneer headunit (apparently!)?).

  Mint Clio Valver!
could it not just connect to a phono box. pioneer do one for £50. jus stick it in one of your footwells and connect the ipod kit to that. i;ve jus connected mine through a phono aux cable. don't wanna show the thieves an ipod cradle!

Does the Dension kit have phono outputs then? I thought that it connected to the CD changer port?

  BMW 330d :)
I ordered the dension ipod link from halfrauds. The fm connects to the aerial port on the back of the head unit. It has a little pass through box which takes the signal from the outside aerial and splits it so you can plug the ipod link into it. The ice link plus is the one that plugs into the cd changer port.

I returned mine as I waited 2 months for the dashboard clip and they were being totally inflexable with fitting times.
