Dent removal advice

Somehow some fcuker has put a fairly big dent above my rear passenger window, thankfully the paint isn't broken and there doesn't appear to be any other damage.

The dent is located in the area circled in the attached pic.

I don't have an actual picture, just wondered if its an area that can be acccessed from inside to get some rods in to push it put?
