dents!!!

Hi guys...got a few dents now on my door and under the rear nearside window from w*****s opening dorrs into me......how can i get them out??? removed the rear interior to find plastic on top of the metal body, is this sound proofing??? was shoping to tap the dents out.....couldnt make it any worse anyway

If you can gain access to inside the panel try using a decorators seam roller . I used one on a car of mine a few years ago and got rid of the dent .

you dont "tap" dents out, if you tried youd end up with reversed dents and your car will look 10x worse.

massage them out slowly massaging the right area of the dent.

dont go hitting dents or you will seriously f**k them up
