Dephaser?

Are you guys using a software update after you fit the new Dephaser pulley? I have done many dephasers on petrol renaults and any competent mechanic would find it simple so going to Renault is madness in my eyes!

I'm going to rent the tools and do mine when I have time. Just leaving the timing belt as they were done last year I just need a dephaser as its knocking about a bit.
