really must take some propper pics some time... just waiting for buckets to be delivered should be 2 weeks, harnesses are in atm... and looking at getting a rear cage with harness bar fitted as i dont like where the harnesses are atm...

apart from that, interior is going from white to carbon atm, and im sourcing a carbon bonnet and bootlid in the next month or 2, then i want wider rear arches... not massive ones just some feed or re adgt9 arches... then wheels... nearly got some work s1's the other day... had to restrain myself, oh and coilovers and exhaust... then it will be engine mods... i will be happy then.

not had any running problems touch wood! i drive it pretty much everyday, fueling isnt that bad im used to it with my 200... best driving car i have ever driven!

only prob i do have atm is that i need to take the inlet manifold off to do the rats nest (loads of vacume hoses) and i think one of my solenoids is playing up stopping the second turbo spinning up fully... apart from that its perfect never misses a beat completely fully recomend them you just need to budget for some things, oil changes every 3k but its mineral oil so it costs 15 quid every 3k for oil and filter change!

really love mine to bits!

Has it ever had a knock? the panelgaps around the bonnet/bumper/headlamps look a little messy in a couple of those pics.

Crying out for some decent wheels on it, those standard ones look a mess.

the front end the bumper is now tweaked to frig as i was pulling it about in anger trying to open it... already had a small dent in it from where i closed it with a spanner under it lol! it lifts by pass wing and dips by the headlamps and its lifted in the middle lol... i got stressed lol!

I so miss mine. Mine was a UK spec. I killed my Jap spec after 10 days :'(

If you're doing the rats nets I have a full silicon hose kit still in the box gathering dust in my shed as well as some of the reddy coloured RX7 mats and a used cat. Oh and a set of standard alloys with decent tyres. Look better condition than yours but haven't seen them in a while as right at the back of my shed now!

UK spec 1 of 124 now lives in Sweden

Jap spec before and after in space of 10 days.

yeh some people start the car and pour seafoam or just straight water about a litre of it straight in lol... or even coke lol dont think i wanna try it but lots of americans do it lol... im ignoring the rota comment lol i sat here for ten mins thinking what to say lol

I'll dig out the silicon kit mate. It's a complete red hose kit for doing the full rats nest as far as I am aware.

The mats are the ones with the stripey bits in. Original RX ones not aftermarket.

The pouring a can of cola into the engine thing is for when they wont start if flooded/coked up. Never had a problem with mine in the few years I had it but then it did have the receipts for a brand new engine fitted at Mazda in Nottingham

The rebuilds scare stories are a bit of a myth to be honest. If you ran a skyline or some other jap car with limited knowledge of the history there's just as much chance of it going pop and a rebuild of a nissan DET engine is a lot more expensive than the 13b wankels is ever going to be even if you need new housings. There's a few companies in the UK specialising in RX rebuilds now dotted round the country and the prices aren't bad

i was looking at going non-seq on mine towards the end of my ownership but I just loved the seamless smooth power delivery from the twin sequentials. There's some mad power being made on the original turbos in the UK now as well both sequential and non. Big power is always gonna need a large single but the cost is a bit prohibitive.

lol that 5 was nice, he spent sooooo much on it though lol, and seems like he is doing the same to his rex lol!!! i would love to get mine around 500bhp at a safe level anyway but thats a fair way off atm, gonna cost alot lol!

the lower areas of the car is spotless still are lol! its the reflection of the floor and path ffs lol!!! and the wheels were scrubbed but it wont come off!!! even stuck the path cleaner on the pressure washer supposedly makes it 50% more powerfull... (hurts the f**k out of your hand if you put it infront of the water) and they still wont clean any better!
