Challenge mode wasn't really much of a challenge as we normally drop the big chicken man in 2 runs. Managed to get two runs on hard done today and got some good drops, but infused most of it to get my favourite weapons up.

One more character to do tomorrow and hopefully I should be 314-315 on all 3 characters. Trials this week will be fun.

Great evening for gear in the end, even if it ended up taking way too long (not even killed Oryx)
310 sniper (WP)
319 shotgun (daughters)
320 rocket (challenge)
320 fists (golg)
320 artifact (challenge)
Other assorted stuff that will get melted into other things
Just my helmet (298) and boots (306) that are lagging behind now.
Up to 314 LL

Yeah, the rewards for the challenge are decent. Need to do it again on my Warlock, as well as finish it on my Titan. Will probably stick with the normal challenge mode for my Hunter.

I've got 2 oryx and 1 sisters cp now to run tonight. Finally got my spindle to 320 and Titan to 317 too so it was good timing to get back from hols yesterday.

Just really want the hard mode helmets. My friend got a 320 on her first complete and a 320 scout on her second!

Nice one. I have an Oryx CP I need to do on my Titan, and the whole run again (including challenge mode) on my Warlock. I have a massive headache today though, probably as a result of the alcohol I ingested last night, so I'm not sure how keen I'll be on playing later, and I won't have much chance for the rest of the reset

You were a lucky chap! Was good playing with the same bunch the whole raid (except the one guy who had to leave before the end).
Can't believe we took 6 attempts on totems but did Oryx so easily...that bit can be such a drag if you don't do it first time.

Is it only possible to get above 300 if you raid? I'm maxing out high 290's but haven't done the raid yet.

Nah you can easily get to 300 without. Think I was 301 before I even did it on normal. Just do nightfalls and, when available, Iron Banner. And Trials too if you like that sort of thing.

Yeah, I got bugger all before Oryx! That Oryx run was a delight, ran so so smoothly. And yeah, much better than playing with random sulky kids from LFG, your lot are a nice bunch.

He's American, he gets quite irate and excitable at times! Rupert was in the military so is good at giving orders and coordinating stuff, usually thinks he's right (he often is!)
I evidently run into and kill my own team with unstable light!

Yeah I want to finish it with my hunter, I've only done it with my titan until now but actually seems quite easy. I get to about midnight usually and start to get tired, that's the main issue!

Yeah it's my Hunter I need to do it with. I think I could get through Hard Mode with him, I'll be above 305 for certain. A good loot run will boost that too!

I'm hoping that the bits through the raid will pick me up - for instance my Hunter Artifact is 285 - so my light level will jump when that's replaced!

Yeah you'll go up a level at least with the 320. I am probabl only up for doing sisters and oryx later though, I've done that WP challenge 7 times in 2 days now helping people!
