Diagnostic Manchester

I live in the City Center of Manchester and wondered if anyone had a Diagnostic tester that i could plug my car into to check a fault?

Or if anyone knows a good garage to go to in the area that is a reasonable price?,

just so you know you can get a diagnostic tester for around 25 quid off ebay, I got 1 and it hasnt failed me yet
