Hey there, is the front diamond on 182 clios the same as the rear one. I have had car keyed along the boot and across the lock and diamond but want to replace the diamond before i get it repaired. How much am i looking for a boot respray? can it be machine polished out? thanks a lot

Nope, the rear diamond is completely different from the front one I'm afraid. As for the bootlid, 99.9% of the time if it's been keyed it'll need resprayed, you may be lucky if it's just touched the surface though, any bodyshop you take it too will be able to tell you straight away if it could be polished out.
im kinda hoping a nice machine polish wud fade it as i really cant afford a full boot respray as my insurance is due next week :dapprove: as for the badge? where can i get on as it used to be black but cos someone keyed it, its black and bloody silver. The key dont seem to be that bad but just need to fade it so it aint very noticeable until i can afford a better repair
