(Mk2) jacking up from front/rear end?

  BG 182 FF
So all four of my 182's sill jacking points have been squished before and have since been straightened but still aren't in top form, so I don't really consider them an option for jacking from. Right now I only use the subframe support(?) thing as per this image https://cliosport.net/attachments/jackpoint-jpg.1305269/ except a little further in for extra piece of mind as the jack slightly arcs when nearing its highest point. Stand goes as far forward as possible.
Other than that... are there actually any confirmed safe jacking points on these cars? Particularly if I wanted to raise the whole front or rear end rather than the left or right? My research so far has shown three or four people saying the rear beam is okay for jacking but haven't seen any photo evidence yet, and I haven't seen anything to suggest there's a safe way to jack from the front, though noticing one or two people have reinforced subframes for this purpose. Am I missing anything?

Box sections under the car about a foot in from the front sills behind the subframe plates, I use a piece of wood on the jack.

I have seen people jack up using the subframe directly but some have experienced bending.

Lifting the back can be done from the rear beam as @Matt Cup suggests

I’ve used the rear beam when I wanted to get both wheels in the air and it was fine.

Obviously supplemented with jack stands on each side.
Fair enough thanks. Will give it a shot when I get round to doing the rear brakes. Stand(s) and wheel(s) under the car are mandatory for me too.

Wood on the jack is a good call, I've been meaning to get rubber pads or something for mine. Good to hear more info on the subframe, thanks, sounds like something I won't risk tbh.

For me the box sections that run down the centre of the car with a block of wood as above. You can use the subframe but jack it on the bolts at each side, not the actual subframe.

At the rear I use the beam unless I'm doing springs etc then I'll use the rear jacking points but both sides at the same time to half the weight never had any issues with that
