Diamonds

I've just bought a front one off Austin which he has vinyled in a carbonish finish (looks ).

But I want a rear one the same (I'm thinking about vinyling myself). But what I want to know is:

Is there any difference between the front and rear diamond? Can I use the diamond I am going to take off my car, vinyl it and put it on the back?
