47 years old and a clean licence and no claims against me

Sorry we specialise in the performance and highly modified ones so we wont be able to quote the 1.5 Diesel im afraid. The prices you are getting do seem very high i would of though we could insure a Clio 182 for underf £400 if you have full NCB.

my ncb problem is this, I have 1 year on paper, as I was on a classic policy for the previous 10 years [American car] which after I left them they told me they did not award ncb.
so most insurance companys don't want to know.

it's just another case of ALL insurance companies being crooks and general ring pieces i suppose. shame to hear that though rev, the dci clio's are awesome little daily's

2 owners from new and my bro was the last owner.
it is my area, did a quote using my other halfs address and it was only £300.
west brom is an insurance black hole, my house insurance was over £400 just for contents.
strangly I could insure a 6.1 ltr v8 monster for £190 and my bike insurance is £140 fully comp, Birmingham does hit one of the insurance fraud black lists.... so we all pay.

well clio sold or should say swapped for a diesel chevy blazer that only cost £150 to insure.
