Different tyres...

Would it be stupid to put Toyo TR-1's on the front while have Eagle F1's on the back.

Need new fronts and want to try something different but the rears aren't ready for changing.

Advice please.

Well the Eagle's on the back are still like new...

Or are you suggesting I bring them forward and put toyo's on the back?

I'd want the Eagle F1s on the back as i think there better, but all IMO of course.

Put the rear ones on the front & the new ones on the rear, thn take it easy for about 50 miles to allow them to wear in.

Cos it's easier to control understeer than oversteer.
